Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of structural engineers in designing precast concrete products for various applications, including infrastructure, commercial and residential buildings, tanks, and tunnels.
• Oversee all aspects of structural design, ensuring compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and project specifications.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for projects, offering expertise in structural analysis, precast design methodologies, and innovative engineering solutions.
• Develop and implement training programs for the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Permitted to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural design, with experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Extensive experience with precast concrete design and a deep understanding of its applications in infrastructure and building projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, Revit).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead, mentor, and collaborate with diverse teams.
