About the Role

- Strategic Leadership: Oversee all aspects of department operations, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related scientific field.
- 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong emphasis on materials testing and inspection.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management methods.
- Strong understanding of relevant construction regulations and industry best practices.
