• Strategic Leadership: Oversee all aspects of department operations, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related scientific field.
• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong emphasis on materials testing and inspection.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management methods.
• Strong understanding of relevant construction regulations and industry best practices.
