Deliver technical excellence in geotechnical reporting & analysis.
Oversee high-stakes projects from proposal through execution.
Mentor & develop the next generation of geotechnical engineers.
Ensure compliance & quality in all engineering recommendations.
Engage with clients & stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

What You’ll Do (Your Impact in This Role)

Technical Leadership & Geotechnical Reporting:

• Lead geotechnical investigations & reporting, ensuring quality work is being done.
• Translate field & lab data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Project Management & Oversight:

• Manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee geotechnical designs, site investigations, and engineering specifications.

Client & Team Leadership:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Mentor junior engineers & technical staff, fostering a culture of growth.

Field & Compliance Oversight:

• Ensure strict adherence to industry standards, regulatory codes, and best practices.
• Conduct occasional site visits, including soil boring observations and test pit investigations.

What You Bring to the Table

Education: BS in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE)
Experience: 8+ years in geotechnical engineering
Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional technical report writing & client communication.
• Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects while maintaining top-tier quality.
