What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Perform and oversee foundation inspections for residential and commercial sites

  • Conduct pavement evaluations and geotechnical explorations (borings, test pits)

  • Draft summary letters, exploration logs, and comprehensive geotechnical reports

  • Supervise lab testing and ensure accurate results and quality control

  • Classify soils and evaluate bearing capacity, soft soil remediation, and proof rolls

  • Engage in geotechnical-related construction observation and support

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree a plus)

  • EIT certification required; PE license preferred

  • 4–8 years of geotechnical engineering experience (private sector focus)

  • Interest in long-term career development and taking on increasing responsibility

Compensation & Perks:

  • Salary range: $65,000–$120,000, commensurate with experience
