Structural Engineer/PM (San Francisco, CA)
We’re conducting a targeted search on behalf of a respected, San Francisco-based structural engineering firm that’s actively growing their team due to a strong project pipeline. This is an opportunity for a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer to join a company that combines the mentorship of seasoned principals with the autonomy to lead meaningful work.

What You’ll Do:
-
Lead or contribute to projects from schematic design through construction documents and administration
-
Perform façade inspections and structural observations
-
Author technical reports and engineering documentation
-
Take ownership of projects—independently or in collaboration with a team

Apply seismic design principles and California building code knowledge across all structural materials
Ideal Background:
-
6+ years of structural engineering experience in California
-
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. EITs considered.

Strong grasp of CA building codes and seismic design
-
Skilled in working independently and communicating effectively
-
Experience with wood, steel, concrete, and masonry structures
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:

Project Engineer: $95,000–$125,000
-
Senior Project Engineer: Up to $140,000

Discretionary bonus (approx. 5%)

3 weeks PTO to start; 4 weeks after 10 years
