  • Leading complex geotechnical projects

  • Conduct deep foundation and slope stability analyses (LPILE, GeoStudio, etc.)

  • Prepare and review reports, proposals, and technical documents

  • Act as a senior-level technical reviewer and contributor

  • Interact directly with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams

What’s In It for You:

  • Up to $140K+ base salary (negotiable for proven BD contributors)

  • Profit sharing + 401(k) match

  • 3 weeks PTO, plus flexible work hours

  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision & life insurance

  • Sponsorship available for the right candidate

  • Long-term opportunity to earn company shares

What We’re Looking For:

  • PE License (or ability to obtain within 3 months)

  • 8+ years in geotechnical engineering

  • Strong background with USACE, DOT, and levee/dam evaluation

  • Skilled in LPILE, GeoStudio, and foundation design methods

  • A “doer” who can own technical work but also elevate junior staff

  • Bonus if you’ve got a network outside of federal or experience with power generation clients

This is more than a job, it’s a chance to build, lead, and leave a legacy in geotechnical engineering on projects throughout the country.

If you’re craving interesting projects, a people-first team culture, and a path to ownership, this is the opportunity to explore.
