What You’ll Do

• Lead civil engineering projects from concept through delivery
• Oversee grading plans, drainage studies, stormwater docs, plats, and reports
• Manage client communication and presentations
• Provide mentorship and leadership for junior engineers and design staff

What You Bring

• PE license in California
• 8–12+ years of civil engineering experience with project management focus
• Strong technical skills in Civil 3D, drainage, stormwater, and plan preparation
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
• Local San Diego County experience strongly preferred; DSA (school project) experience a plus
