Junior Civil Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Prepare grading, improvement, and erosion control plans
• Assist with plats, parcel maps, subdivision maps, and surveys
• Support drainage studies and stormwater reports
• Work closely with senior engineers and project managers on all project phases

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
• 0–3 years of civil design experience (internships accepted)
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and Microsoft Office
• Strong communicator and eager learner
• Local knowledge of San Diego County a plus
