What You’ll Do

• Lead geotechnical investigations, subsurface exploration, and foundation analysis.
• Manage a team of engineers and technicians.
• Review reports, proposals, and budgets for quality and profitability.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure operational excellence.

What You Bring

• BS in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (MS preferred).
• PE license (required).
• 12+ years in consulting geotechnical engineering.
• Proven management and mentoring skills.
• Experience with slope stability, foundations, and soil analysis software.
