Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple complex engineering projects, from early planning stages to final construction.
- Be the go-to expert for feasibility studies, risk analysis, preliminary designs, and cost estimation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by overseeing schedules, resources, and communication between stakeholders.
- Direct and coordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring all team members and contractors are aligned and on track.
- Provide technical support, manage scope, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Mentor junior staff, helping to build a highly skilled team for future projects.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing civil land development projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) with a deep understanding of transportation infrastructure, roadway design, and construction standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office365, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and collaborative tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
