Civil Staff Engineer- San Francisco

We’re partnering with an established, multidisciplinary engineering firm actively seeking a Civil Staff Engineer to join their growing team. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive all phases of civil engineering work: Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents

• Prepare and refine plans, specifications, calculations, and cost estimates

• Work on a wide range of projects including:

  • Site grading & drainage

  • Sanitary sewer & storm drain systems

  • Hydraulics, hydrology, and water system design

  • Roadways, parking lots, and utility coordination

• Assist in field inspections, modeling, and drafting

What They’re Looking For:

• BS Degree in Civil Engineering

• 3–7 years of design experience in civil site or public infrastructure

• EIT required

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and experience with tools like StormCAD, AutoTurn, or similar

• Strong writing and documentation skills

• A proactive, detail-driven, team-first mindset

• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
