What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide executive-level oversight of the company’s engineering departments across all offices.
  • Supervise and mentor department managers while ensuring technical and financial performance goals are achieved.
  • Drive business development and client engagement efforts to expand the firm’s reach in geotechnical and engineering services.
  • Coordinate budgeting, staffing, project profitability, and operational efficiency with company leadership.
  • Oversee quality assurance programs, technical standards, and professional accreditation compliance.
  • Manage Work-in-Progress (WIP), invoicing, and financial metrics to ensure consistent performance and growth.
  • Represent the company at industry and networking events, cultivating lasting client and partner relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering management, operations, or technical leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-office teams, manage budgets, and develop business strategies.
  • Strong understanding of geotechnical, materials testing, and construction support services.
  • Exceptional communication, mentoring, and relationship-building skills.
