Lead Civil Engineer

We are partnered with a long-standing engineering and surveying firm in Eastern Oregon that is looking to bring on a Lead Civil / Structural Engineer (PE) to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who wants to contribute technically while also building toward long-term ownership potential within the firm.

Typical Project Work

• Civil site and grading design (commercial and governmental)

• Street and utility design (private and governmental)

• Building and foundation design (commercial and governmental)

• Subdivision layout and design

• Structural analysis, code compliance, and inspections

• Agricultural facility design

• Occasional surveying support opportunities

What They’re Looking For

• Licensed Professional Engineer (Civil PE required; Structural PE ideal)

• Strong technical proficiency with design software (Civil3D, Enercalc, National Estimator, TR55, AB Walls, IBS QuikRwall, KeywallPro, Ultrawall, Strucal, Procore, etc.)

• Ability to manage projects from research and calculations through final deliverables

• Strong client communication skills and collaborative mindset

• Desire to grow into a leadership/ownership track within the firm
