What You Bring to the Table

Experience: 10+ years in geotechnical engineering, construction observation, and testing.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to mentor, manage, and build high-performing teams.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of budgeting, invoicing, proposals, and profitability.
Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge in geotechnical site investigations, soil mechanics, foundation engineering, and loss prevention.
