Senior Civil Engineer Las Vegas, NV

We are working with a growing civil and land development firm in Las Vegas that is looking to bring on a Senior Civil Engineer who wants more than just another job.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead civil design for residential and commercial land development projects
• Manage projects from concept through completion
• Work directly with clients and help drive business relationships
• Play a key role in building out the civil engineering division
• Handle both design and project management responsibilities in the early stages

What We Are Looking For

• 5 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering
• Strong background in land development design
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Nevada (required)
• Ability to be client-facing and confident in meetings
• Someone who wants growth, responsibility, and long-term upside

Nice to have but not required:

• Experience with dry utilities, especially natural gas design

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $120,000 to $150,000
• Profit Share: 10% of net profits from the civil engineering department
• Performance bonuses
