Lead and Deliver Exceptional Results:

You will lead and manage a diverse portfolio of challenging projects, including wastewater treatment plant design, grading plans, and process engineering.  Having expertise in water/wastewater, transportation, and land development will be instrumental and any landfill experience a significant plus.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the full lifecycle of complex civil engineering projects.
• Craft and manage budgets and schedules that deliver on time and within budget.
• Develop meticulous engineering plans and specifications.
• Conduct thorough site investigations and feasibility studies.
• Oversee construction, ensuring unwavering quality and adherence to standards.
• Present compelling proposals and reports to valued clients.
• Partner effectively with their seasoned engineers and diverse team.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and meet their expectations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven success as a Civil Engineer.
• A compelling track record in project management.
• Comfortable with AutoCAD and other industry-standard software.
• A Professional Engineer (PE) license
• In-depth understanding of relevant codes and regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and excel as part of a team.
