A rapidly growing engineering and materials testing firm is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer / Project Manager to join their team in the Spokane, WA / Hayden, ID area. This is a hands-on technical role where you’ll manage geotechnical investigations, guide junior staff, and interface directly with clients on projects spanning transportation, commercial, and high-rise developments.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Execute and review geotechnical analyses, including deep foundation design, settlement evaluation, and slope stability.
- Oversee and perform field exploration programs, lab testing coordination, and geotechnical report development.
- Review project proposals and manage geotechnical deliverables to meet client and regulatory expectations.
- Interface with contractors, developers, and DOT clients to provide engineering solutions.
- Mentor engineers-in-training and field technicians through project phases.
- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to ensure quality and consistency.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (M.S. in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering preferred).
- Professional Engineer (P.E.)license required.
- Minimum 5 years of geotechnical engineering experience, ideally in the Northwest region.
