What You’ll Do (Your Blueprint for Success)

Project Leadership & Execution:

• Oversee geotechnical drilling projects from start to finish, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction.
• Prepare clear, detailed technical reports based on real-world project findings.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of engineers and technicians.

Business Development & Client Engagement:

• Identify new business opportunities and establish strong client relationships.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide expert guidance on retaining wall design, CAD-related tasks, and construction materials testing (CMT).
• Ensure the highest standards of engineering excellence across all projects.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 8+ years in geotechnical engineering, with a track record of success.
• Education & Certification: PE license required.
• Technical Mastery: Expertise in retaining wall design, CAD software, and CMT.
