As their new Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you’ll lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects from start to finish. You’ll ensure that each project adheres to safety standards, quality controls, and schedules. Your role will include providing expert geotechnical analysis, design, and implementation. You will also serve as a client project manager, building strong relationships and delivering projects profitably.

Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring a talented geotechnical team, enhancing project outcomes, and improving departmental efficiency. You’ll drive continuous improvements and ensure alignment with client objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering, with 5+ years in a Project Manager role preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Demonstrated business development skills.
• Ability to assist in the field and conduct project site visits as needed.
