What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead structural projects from proposal to delivery across wood, steel, and concrete
• Manage client relationships, proposals, and tough conversations
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and project deliverables
• Mentor junior engineers and help shape office growth
• Conduct site visits and observe construction progress

What You Bring

• PE or SE license strongly preferred
• 8+ years in structural engineering with proven project leadership
• Hands-on design experience (wood frame, steel, foundations)
• Strong communication skills and confidence in client settings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit a plus
